Shipping costs

Shipping within the United Kingdom costs £5.95 per order. Orders over £65 qualify for free shipping.

Shipping & delivery time

Your order should arrive in about 5-7 working days. Once it’s on its way, we’ll send you an email with a Track & Trace code so you can follow your shipment.

Note: On Dutch public holidays, we’re closed, and delivery might take a bit longer. Check our holiday hours for more info.

Order status

We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can track it with the Track & Trace code from that email. Just a heads-up, it might take a few hours or up to 2 working days for your order to show up in the tracking system.

Order pickup

Unfortunately, you can’t pick up orders from our warehouse.
