Ordering

Ordering from Mepal is very easy
At Mepal, you can quickly and easily order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Ordering takes just a few steps and works as follows:

Step 1: Choose your product
Select the desired item and colour. Add the item to your shopping cart by clicking on the 'in shopping cart' button. A window will appear showing that the product has been added to your cart. You can then choose to continue shopping or go to the shopping cart by clicking the relevant button.

Step 2: Shopping cart overview
In the shopping cart, you'll see all the products you've added. You can change quantities or remove items from the cart. Ready to check out? Click on 'Order'.

Step 3: Personal details
In this step, we ask you to fill in your personal details, such as your name and delivery address. Have you filled in all your details correctly? Click on 'Delivery and payment'.

Already a customer? You can log in with your email address and password.

Step 4: Additional delivery information and payment method
You can specify whether you would like the package delivered to the billing address or a different address.

Once you’ve selected a delivery address, you can choose your preferred payment method. The following options are available:

• Credit card (Visa of Mastercard)
• PayPal
• Apple pay
• Klarna
• Bank transfer (+2 business days)

Have you set all your preferences? Then review your order. If your order is ready, tick the box for the terms and conditions and finally click 'Place order'.

Step 6: Payment for your order
You will be directed to the payment screen for the payment method you have chosen. This is on the secure website of our payment provider, Docdata Payments. After payment, you will receive a confirmation of your payment via email. Your order will then be processed and shipped by us.

Creating an account

If you are placing an order with us for the first time, you can choose to save your address details by selecting the option 'I am new'. You will then create your own password. The next time you order, simply click 'Login' and enter your email address and password.

Forgot your password?

If you've forgotten your password, you can request a new one as follows:

• Go to the 'Forgot password' page
• Enter the email address you registered with
• Click on the 'Request' button, and you'll receive an email with instructions to create a new password
  Please note that the password system is case-sensitive.

Ordering with a discount code

To use a promotion or discount code, you can enter the code during checkout. This can be done in the shopping cart overview under the section 'Mepal gift voucher or discount code'. Enter the code and the discount will be calculated immediately. If the discount code is invalid, a notification will appear on the screen. Please enter the code carefully, as it is case- and space-sensitive. It is not possible to use more than one discount code per order.

Cancelling an order

It is not possible to cancel an order once it has been paid for.
