You can enter a promo or discount code during your order. This can be done in the shopping cart, under the section "Add Mepal gift card or promo code." Click "activate" to apply the discount. Your discount will then be calculated immediately and will be visible in the shopping cart. If the promo code is invalid, a notification will appear on the screen. Please enter the code carefully, as it is case- and space-sensitive.

To update your customer details, first log in with your username and password. You can then change your details in your profile or during the checkout process. Any changes made will apply to all orders placed from that moment onward.

For orders from €100, you can benefit from our attractive tiered pricing.
Our discount tiers at a glance:
- 10% discount for orders from €100 to €249.99 (incl. VAT)
- 15% discount for orders from €250 to €499.99 (incl. VAT)
- 20% discount for orders from €500 (incl. VAT)
- For orders up to €100, no discount is provided; however, you won’t pay any shipping costs for orders over €40.
The relevant discount amount will be automatically applied to your order under the mention of "extra discount" at the time of checkout. The discount tiers apply to all items in the range, except for discounted SALE items. Please note: the above discount tiers cannot be combined with other discounts or promo codes.
We want you to be happy with our products. If an item is unfortunately not what you expected and you'd like to return it, no problem – you can return an item within 30 days without giving any reason.
